He holds an MBBS, dual Master's degrees in Health Engineering (AI for One Health) and International Relations, postgraduate certifications in Stem Cell Science and Translational Neurology, and additional credentials in AI, digital health, and clinical research.
With hands-on experience in FDA regulatory pathways for Software as Medical Devices (SaMD), Dr. Mushhood Ur Rehman has designed clinical trial protocols aligned with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, secured institutional IRBs and National Bioethics Committee approvals, and led evidence-generation strategies supporting 510(k) submissions.
