Dr. Iryna Lobanova, MD (2006), PhD (2011), is an esteemed neurologist who has made significant strides in the understanding of vascular and demyelinating diseases of the nervous system. She graduated with honors from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University in Kiev, Ukraine, in 2006. Furthering her academic pursuits, she achieved her PhD in 2011 and has been serving as a teaching assistant at the Neurology Department of her alma mater. Currently, Dr. Lobanova is expanding her clinical horizons as a Neurology Resident at JFK University Medical Center.
Dr. Lobanova's collaboration with Dr. Qureshi and her affiliation with ZQSI have been pivotal in her research journey. She is the author of 122 publications in Ukrainian and international scientific journals. This includes 42 manuscripts in international open-access, peer-reviewed journals, 18 abstracts, and poster presentations showcased at international congresses, and a dedicated scientific monograph.
